A message from Founder & CEO Andy Clark-Coates As you will know, I occasionally venture onto SM, and today is one of those days, as I want to ask for your help... Zoe Clark-Coates, my wife and the other Founder/CEO has been recognised this year on a number of occasions for her tireless work for the charity. She has been on the Happy list 2014, which recognises the 100 people making the most difference in society, as well as being a shortlisted finalist for the Tesco Mum of the Year 2014, The Women of Inspiration Awards 2014 and the Women of Influence 2014. This is brilliant for the charity and has helped to raise the profile of our work. She has received yet another nomination, and I would like to ask you to help her win. The DSC Social Change awards recognise people who are helping to change society, to better the lives of others, and Zoe has been nominated for the Influencer Award 2014. Her nomination is the first stage, and she now needs to receive as many votes as possible, and so can I ask for a few minutes of your time to go to socialchangeawards.org.uk/vote.htm?dm_i=6S7,2Y31V,G8XOQH,AMRQX,1 and make your vote for Zoe. The closing date is the 24th November 2014. People ask about the importance of these sort of awards, but they allow the charity to show the credibility of its work within the field of support, plus allow the charity to be promoted to key decision makers, potential supporters and society, so please add your vote. Thousands of you have been helped personally by Zoe, and it would personally mean a lot to me, to see Zoe recognised for all of her work. Thank you for your support. Andy The Mariposa Trust
