A message from The Cooks! Alyson and I would like to say thank you! Thank you to our CrossFit Complete family. We had no idea what a privilege being part of this community would become. Zac (my high school classmate) approached me about coaching when he was in the process of opening the gym. I am very grateful that he brought me into this amazing organization. Over the past four years, I have gained many true friends, made some great memories, and learned CrossFit from the best. We walk into the gym and know that Taylor is going to find many friendly faces, that he will be be taken care of and even be a little spoiled. thank you so much for being a bright spot in our lives. We would like to specifically thank every one for participating in the diaper drive! It is overwhelming the support that you have given us. We received so many diapers, gifts, and cards. Clara has already been so well provided for. What a blessing. Thank you to each and everyone of you. And to Zac and Whitney, you guys have created something very special and CrossFit Complete couldnt be the success that it is without you. Thank you for allowing us to be part of something so special. Tonight we received a very special going away gift. Thank you so much to everyone who helped put together the CFC collage board, it was awesome! Love and appreciate you all.
