A message from Tom Twentyman Hello, This February I am going to Tanzania to volunteer for 10 weeks with Raleigh International as part of the ICS programme. Raleigh is a sustainable development charity working with communities that have specifically requested their help. They work directly with the local community as well as in-country volunteers to provide lasting relief and to ensure every project can reach its full potential. In this respect I could end up doing anything from helping to provide a clean, safe water supply, teach life skills or set up medical facilities and programmes to help prevent the spread of HIV.
