The Environment Agency are finally here again due to continued air pollution issues by only since the Health and Safety Executive have been involved. Now with all the breaches finally being monitored... investigated and addressed by the relevant Agencies maybe youd like to come down and do your job also with regard to the numerous planning breaches.... Here are West Newton Drill Well Site leased by Rathlin Energy.... They should have been gone by 2nd October 20154 and unless have been granted an extension... are in breach of their planning permit You were quick enough to evict 120 elderly residents from their homes at Lakeminster for planning breaches so where exactly are you on the subject... of Rathlin and the unsafe West Newton Well Site. Do Rathlin get different treatment. Rathlin throws its money around to make things right Have they done that with you...... have you been bought and paid for.... joe public wants to know if you will be implementing a full review and investigation into EVERY PLANNING BREACH ON THIS SITE or do you just bully and displace the elderly whilst taking huge bundles of cash from big corporations to bend and ignore the rules.. I suggest you show some willingness to be transparent and get your act together and get down here.... or do your regulations mean less to the council than the EAs and HSEs own regulations mean to them enough to come down here and investigate the place...
