*** A message from the campaign *** Brad Koplinski is a consistently fervent supporter of women’s rights. Because he values equality and respects women’s autonomy, Brad is pro-choice and wants to see equal pay for equal work. Additionally, Brad supports raising the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour, on the way to a living wage. Since two-thirds of people making minimum wage are women, Brad considers this a women’s issue. Brad has a track record for fighting for women’s rights and safety, having worked at the Department of Justice where he helped enforce the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. Also, as a Harrisburg City Councilman, he worked with Planned Parenthood and rallied the council to pass a Buffer Zone Law for a women’s health clinic in Harrisburg.Lastly, as a supporter of the equality of all women, Brad is 100% in favor of marriage equality and LGBT rights. This is why the National Organization for Women has endorsed him, and why Brad is the best choice for the women of Pennsylvania.
