Did I hear great Xmas present ? BTW 3 light set up (2 lights on background - 1 front) - this was shot yesterday, absolutely first shot from a One on One clients workshop - no chimping, light meter used, demonstration of clean white background, front light is a cheap ebay light with cheap shoot through umbrella. This shot was to demonstrate that although I have a wide selection of lighting and gear, you dont need anything expensive, and by checking with a light meter, that you can in the very first shot, nail your exposure, and demonstrating how to contain your background lights to ensure that there is no spill - which is obvious when you have fly away hair. There was no make up artist, noone looking after the subjects hair. Clothing, hair and makeup was all provided by Lauren, and brilliantly handled - her brief from me was to please come along thinking natural, earthy, simple. — with Lauren Kimberley.
