A message to my family, and those who care to read... I sit in the silence of my thoughts and relive the great and not so great moments of my life past. As I do this, I hear in the distance, a small yet powerful voice speaking to me. The voice grows and my thoughts of things past are replaced with promises of things yet to come. The voice promises that if I will just let it, life can be filled with joy and happiness. The choice is mine, but the voice isnt. The voice has no tone and has no volume, I feel it more than hear it, it is warm and Fatherly, and I know it is a gift of my faith. WE often sit in silence and relive events of our life, for some this can be very painful. If you find yourself listening to the past, and feeling overwhelmed with sadness, open your heart a little more and listen to the present and the promise of the future, however long it may be. Listen to the spirit your faith has built and trust in the power of the healing promised to those who believe in the power of the Father. Open your heart that your spirit might be lifted.
