A message to the many of you who have asked for an upgrade to Super Premium Tom: thanks so much to everyone who helped us get to over 500 SP subscribers, especially the many existing subscribers who upgraded! Most of you have made the transition easily. It appears though that some of you have never read the email response from our techs and that you dont know how this works. If you requested an upgrade but can no longer access Premium Tom, thats because, as we explained in the email we sent you, the way we upgrade you is to CANCEL YOUR EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION and make a refund to you of the unused portion of your Premium Tom subscription, which can then be used as credit towards your new Super Premium Tom subscription. BUT... Until you sign up for Super Premium Tom, you no longer have access to your previous Premium Tom subscription. Our techs are getting many emails from desperate listeners who have lost their subscriptions. Theyre not lost! YOU CANCELED THEM WHEN YOU REQUESTED THE UPGRADE. Find our previous email and use your existing credit to start a NEW Super Premium Tom subscription! YOU WILL BE WITHOUT ANY SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL YOU SIGN UP AGAIN!
