A million people - including 30 world leaders - are expected to converge on Paris today in a show of defiance and unity after terrorists attacks which left 17 people dead in the French capital last week. Francois Hollande will be joined by David Cameron, Angela Merkel and Matteo Renzi in an unprecedented solidarity march through the centre of the city. French prime minister Manuel Valls said todays demonstration would be a cry for freedom and a reassertion of the values of 1789.
