A moment of silence for the demise of any hope for real integrity in the GOP. Those who voted against Boehner are clearly not part of the GOP and need to finish declaring themselves independent of the aristocracys control. I mentioned this morning that we needed to watch what happens today...that many would classify themselves. We now know who we can trust and who will sell their souls for 30 pcs of silver. Do you know what really amazes me? The people pouring out of the woodwork to DEFEND some of the Boehner votes. Stockholm Syndrome in bold display. Some are defending individuals, like Gowdy. Some are defending the GOP as a whole. You see its not only the politicians who will classify themselves...but also the people who are defending them. These are the times that try mens souls... Time to identify the summer soldiers and sunshine patriots and leave them to their own devices. Time let them step aside and time for us to push forward in the name of Liberty. I cannot say it any better than Samuel Adams, so I will let him close this post: If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.
