A month after government returned property belonging to #Buganda Kingdom, #Tooro Kingdom youth yesterday petitioned the Speaker of Parliament, demanding that the government extends a similar gesture by returning their cultural institution’s assets. The assets in question have been held by the central government since 1967 when the Milton Obote I government abolished cultural institutions. Read more:
