A month ago the doctors told our family that my nan had cancer and because of her age and previous illness she wouldnt be here too long , they said she wouldnt be able to deal with the treatments and they may have to operate ... Wednesday the same hospital spoke to my nan and my dad and confirmed that the cancer is no longer there and that no further treatment would be needed , 86 year old and my beautiful nan has just beat cancer 💕
