A more auspicious day in all history has never been seen as today when Kenyan women boldly march into town, determinedly taking their places behind their desks at the work place. They are doing their bit to contribute to GDP by choosing not to don sweaters, jackets or coats on this grey and chilly day, and going to any lengths to ensure that their bare arms and subtly exposed cleavage are not covered. In this manner, they honorably adhere to the words of Nobel Laureate Professor Wangari Maathai: Freeze, and shine.
