A most pleasant day with Rachel Christensen yesterday. A few household chores done, local farmers market shopping (great veggies) then afternoon and evening listening to great classic tunes from 60s, 70s & 80s. Smoked fresh Sockeye salmon on grill that turned out as good as you would bring back from Alaska (marinated in my special brine sauce) awesome !!! Also pesto sauce (handmade with fresh basil from our garden) over linguine with smoked peppers & onion. Lights out at 10 pm. Love you Rach !!!
