A movie that was part of the psychadelia phenomenon at the time , starring Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper. It comes close to reality with its unstable and unpredictable narrative that touches on a number of issues that haunted society back then , and some of those still do . The narrative has something to offer for the critical thinker who questions , but not for the viewer who likes to be spoon fed ideas like a baby , that kind of viewer will end up feeling like he or she lost his or her time watching this movie ,a movie which made lots of waves after the audience was left wondering how to react after a very controversial to their beliefs ending at that time . The ending was quite symbolical ..raised questions mostly about the values and morals of the USA at the time , a country which is supposed to have freedom in its ideological core ...the movie reminds the viewers of that . Figured i share a short review of this inspiring piece that touches so much on freedom amongst other matters , as i am expected to write an essay on this :) I dont care how good it ends up as long as i try ..ive taken what i need and passed on something regardless ..
