A multi-national company and a global leader in the production of industrial packaging requires the following staff for their Riyadh - Saudi Arabia operation; Maintenance Technicians (Mechanical & Electrical) : • Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing PLC controlled, high speed production equipment for a safe and productive work environment. • Performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time. • Prioritizing and self-scheduling maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI’s. • Complying with all safety standards and regulations provided by the company (e.g. LOTO, Work Permits, etc.). • Adhering to all housekeeping/sanitation SOP`s in and around work area including 5S standards. Electrical Expertise: (1 Nos) • Ability to read and interpret machine manuals/schematics, electrical blueprints/schematics and process control diagrams • Experience with AC/DC and servo motors • Experience with limit and proximity switches, photo-electric sensors and solenoid valves • Knowledge/experience around the following electrical equipment and control systems preferred: • Variable Frequency Drives, including Powerflex • PLC’s, including PLC5 and ControlLogix • Siemens • Use of precision measurement tools • Basic understanding of pneumatics • Basic understanding of hydraulic systems Mechanical Expertise: • Mechanical drive experience • Mechanical installation and alignment techniques (motor/gearbox, pumps, sprockets, sheaves) • Use of precision measurement tools • Basic understanding of pneumatics • Basic understanding of hydraulic systems • Basic skills with shop equipment (mill, lathe, drill press) and welding • Gearbox and centrifugal pump rebuild experience preferred • Ability to read and interpret machine manuals/schematics, electrical blueprints/schematics and process control diagrams • Experience with AC/DC and servo motors • Experience with limit and proximity switches, photo-electric sensors and solenoid valves Mechanical Expertise: • Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections, or by using viscometers • Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons • Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as necessary • Record operational data on specified forms • Perform test runs to ensure that equipment is set up properly • Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas. Remove materials, parts, or workpieces from painting or coating machines, using hand tools • Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before adding them to machines • Hold or position spray guns to direct spray onto articles Experience : More than 5 years experience for all post.
