A must read, very important, article about the changing nature of the battlefield. Were looking at a return to tanks as the rulers of the battlefield. Israeli anti-missile and rocket defense systems basically make much of the state of the art military technology being used by NATO and Russia completely ineffective. No more cruise missile strikes. No helicopters targeting tanks with anti-tank rockets. No effective artillery fire and certainly no long range artillery fire. Even air to surface missiles are now facing obsolescence on the modern battlefield.
