A neighbor reports that this evening at 8:45 PM a young man, white, 15 y/o or so came to their door on San Miguel Ave. asking for something related to a Herald subscription and prizes or money for school or something like that. No ID, no permit, no affiliation, and apparently no phone since the young man asked to use the phone (denied). Apparently dropped off with an equally young female. We warned the young man about our MPNW neighborhood and he went on his way. We contacted non emergency Dispatch 758-7321. Dispatch indicated others had called and that officers were contacting the youngsters. Good Work Neighbors!
