A new Development in Government Housing initiative in Canada, is that a Charity can initiate a Housing Project for the particular members of our Society who are in need and at risks. In the old way, you need to be in an Incorporated Entity to manage to build and manage a housing Project. An Example of this is the Habitat for Humanity which was started by Jimmy Carter, a former Sunday School teacher and President of United States of America.
