A new Memorial to The Royal Leicestershire Regiment was today dedicated at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire. Today is the 326th anniversary of the founding of the Regiment. The event was hosted by Brigadier Andrew Fisher, President of The Royal Tigers’ Association, and included a special service of dedication conducted by The Very Revd David Monteith, Dean of Leicester, and was attended by the Lords Lieutenant of Staffordshire, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
