A new design that went out yesterday! Unfortunately it was My first un-satisfied customer! :( ...I have felt awful since it & not sure if business is really for me now! Ive not had to learn that all is not easy in business & with not being sure how to handle it! All I can do is learn! Ive had photos from the customer and both our pics dont match! I would never let a cake go out in any other way than perfect! So unsure what happened! So From now on no orders that involve sugar craft figures or accessories will be taken at short notice even if the customer is ok with it! It takes a little over a week for fondant figures to dry an set and un-fortunately this customer was not happy! I need to stress that all cakes are viewed before leaving the premises and once they leave they cannot be returned or refunded as they have left the premises!
