A new inducement. Promises to protect the Scottish NHS. Now I am not fooled by this late illegal offer to bribe the vote one way as it is almost impossible to do what they say. They would first have to tear up the Barnett formula (as they intended to do anyway) and then they would have to adjust the block grant sufficiently as to arrive at a 30% rise in grant. Can anyone see that happening? I think not but draw your own conclusions! Ask yourself why Devo Max is back on the table (illegally and by the back door) when it was not going to be on the ballot paper. We are seeing bribery at its worst and dont be fooled by a promise as they never deliver as history has recorded.
