A night in the Emergency Room! The bible says, Greater love has no one than this: to lay down ones life for ones friends. Thank you Lakita for holding my hand! It is awesome having friends that will be there for you in your moment of need! We left her son Justin with my mom and It turned out a very productive night! Lakita Wright (Miss Black California & former USC Song Girl) and I are collaborating on a number of projects & were looking to spend some quality time to discuss a number of issues! Well, we had the time, Several hours in the Emergency room! Yuck! The cut from a recent removal of skin cancer reopened,literally gushed blood down my face and soaked my shirt! Long Beach Wilson Football. It felt like Full Contact Motivation! lol As I shared my story of being the Rudy of USC and powering through a demonstration of Strength, I felt a warm stream of blood flow down my face... I said, We play football, ignore the blood! It made a great back drop as I spoke of courage, dedication and being champions on and off the field of competition! I shared that, Fame can come in an instant... Greatness comes with longevity! The message seemed to be greatly received and I was invited to say the team prayer before Fridays game against Paramount! I am so grateful for Coaches who are interested in not only developing talent but developing the CHARACTER of a Champion! God Bless You Gang! Heres to a VICTORIOUS year!
