A non-bailable offense in Criminal Jurisprudence(or English Common Law,)is non-bailable.That is what underpins Ghs Criminal Code(Act.1960;)ammended Twice, during ex-Prez Kufuor(Barriser@Law,et al)s era, humbly as one was Member,Ghs Interior Ministry Directorate, and at a point, ammendments led by Lawyer Paapa Owusu Ankumah(currently Mp,Gh Parliament) in minsterial reshuffle, joined us at Interior Ministry,as substantive Minister. An experienced Jurist Prof.V.C.R.A.C Crabbe(ex Electoral commissioner,Gh69 elections,)is now charged to edit all Laws in Gh,to remove Acts,Decrees,Statutes,Orders,Instruments(LAWS)that are not in conformity with current Democratic-Constitutional dispensation Gh enjoys. This Sole Commissioner Crabbe, apponted under Kufuor era,has been okayed by succeeding Party Govt.Beloved, lets urge on Sir Prof Crabbe(sorry Justice omitted,he was retired Supreme court Judge,as well.) Quite ageing now.Knowledge is power.
