A note from a happy customer. Thank you so much Gabriel! We love hearing from our customers. Ive been to this store a few times this year and bought two cervelo bikes (a tri and a road) plus a bit of accessories and clothing and I must say my experience has been quite good all along. I guess everybody has different expectations so Ill describe my experience. I live abroad and have very little time to spend in a shop when visiting the USA so I did my research and narrow it down to a few options, then called to check if they had the size and they did (also they offered to bring it in 7 days whatever they didnt have). The day I turned up, I talked to Aldo (general manager I think) and he spent a good while showing me the bikes, leaving me ample time to make up my mind (indecision between a P3 and P5). Eventually I settled and proceed to pay a small deposit (20%) to hold the bike while I was going to another place and arrange the fit and pickup upon my stopover on my way back home. I arrived for the fit and surpringly this took nearly 2 hours. Alberto (the fitting guy) not only made sure the bike fitted me to perfection but he also gave me valuable advise on position, body mechanics, movements, etc. Initially I was a bit annoyed that I had to pay the fitting when buying a bike (in Miami is usually free) but after the time spent and results, I was very satisfied and convinced it was money well spent. The bike was then carefully packed in my case and I took it along some other goodies. They were also receptive to give me a good deal for the whole purchase. Most appreciated :-) The second bike I just bought it and it was not different, I had two bikes in mind then selected one in store, the bike fit was equally detailed and the packing was even more careful with all tubes wrapped in foam and enough bubble wrap to release all the stress one can have in a year. I must confess that now that I read the reviews, I would be discouraged to shop there but thankfully, I cannot relate to any of that. I didnt meet this guy Felix that carried so many bad reviews, the current fitting person is Alberto and he is well mannered, soft spoken and professional. Aldo, the manager has been very friendly and helpful every time and generally the staff around me seemed equally good to me. I did notice that lots of people come in a hurry or not having a clue of what they want... In a store with such Large inventory, it can be frustrating to select something among 10 to 20 options. Specially in a busy day. So, do your research. The prices are good, the selection awesome and the service quite good (in my opinion). One more thing that I liked of this shop is that they were not pushy with anything in particular, whether brand or price. Ill be back again. Gabriel Varvaro
