A note from the FSP Chairman: We have an exciting update to share with you as it relates to the IRS lawsuit. Tomorrow night, Monday the 18th, CSPAN will be covering a series of House Floor speeches that Members will make on the IRS Tea Party scandal. We will not know in advance which Members will read those statements, but it will likely start around 7:00-7:30pmET - solely dependent on when the House finishes its regular business for the day. The First State Patriots have submitted a Statement to be read on the floor and entered into the Record. Not sure if this will be one of the statements; but good to hear from other groups in this suit. Also, Pursuant to the courts minute entry/order of October 16, the Defendant(s) in our IRS litigation must file a response to the second amended complaint w/in 60 days of service of the second amended complaint (that was filed on October 18, 2013). For all original defendants, a response is due on or before December 17, 2013. For all newly added Defendants, the response date varies based upon the date of service.
