A note to conspiracy theorists: Using actual facts helps. Sun does cause Skin cancer, in excess. And while sunscreen does contain carcinogens, they are not nearly as harmful as solar radiation and UV rays. The benefits of using sunscreen outweigh the risks. While it is true that terrorism is not a major threat, Al Qaeda is NOT the CIA. The U.S. supported only the indigenous Afghan mujahideen during the Soviet war in Afghanistan; and maintain that they did not have contact with Bin Laden or foreign mujahideen. Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri agrees. Bin Laden himself said the US wasnt involved. Aspartame is the most rigorously tested food additive on the market, and even such minor claims saying it can cause headaches have not been confirmed. Mammograms expose you to very little radiation. The risks of having mammograms are outweighed by the benefits. They prevent far more cancer than they cause. Vaccines prevent many communicable diseases; they prevent many deaths, and much suffering. There is no confirmed (or even scientifically suspected) connection with Autism, and no modern vaccine given to children, except for a rarely used variant of the influenza vaccine that is never given to children under two, contains thimerosal. The benefits outweigh the risks. Fluoride does help rebuild tooth enamel and strengthen teeth. There is overwhelming proof of it. And in toothpaste, its in small enough quantities that it will not cause harm. It is the same with tapwater. Fluoride only causes dental and skeletal fluorosis in extreme amounts. Dont believe everything you read. If you disbelieve anything I wrote above, I encourage you to look it up on reputable websites yourself.
