A note to thank the members of our running community who offered a large portion of their Saturday to volunteer at the Boston Aid Station. Everyone did a great job, a lot of first timers learned a lot about the world of ultra running and I hope had a fun time doing so. I need to give a huge thank you to my co-captain Debi Moore Coudriet, you were outstanding! Thanks also to my friend Mark Tichinel who put his blister and chaffing knowledge to good use, Jay Rasch for the stove back-up & Sbux and Brian Coudriet for the awesome trailer. We had so many awesome people pitching in, each of you are much appreciated. I hope to see you all at the volunteer party! There were a lot of unforgettable moments at Boston A/S, but I would say Sundays finish line was near the top for me. It was so inspiring to see the many competitors who had stopped at Boston Store 10,11,12 hours earlier, cross the finish line in the pouring rain. Im in awe of all of you who ran, finished or didnt finish. Either way you are all amazing.
