A notice to customers, Being rude to me will not make your order arrive to you any faster. I am one person, doing the very best I can on a daily basis, and its actually extremely difficult to keep track of the amount of orders I receive in between all of my other responsibilities. I make it work, and Im not complaining in any sense. However I simply do not have time in the day to personally keep in communication with every single person who orders items from the store. Believe me when I say, keeping you guys happy is a large priority of mine. If something gets messed up, I will fix it. It may not be next day but it will get fixed. But I do expect a certain level of respect when and if you decide to communicate with me. The bottom line? If youre rude to me, chances are Ill simply refund your money and ban you from ordering in the future so I dont ever have to deal with you again. I dont need that kind of extra stress in my life. Be polite, be patient. This isnt Amazon and there isnt a staff of people tending to your order. Sometimes shit gets delayed. Sometimes things get lost in the shuffle. I promise I dont have a hidden agenda to take all of your money and go on a boat cruise to the Bahamas. And honestly, if you saw all of the work that goes into putting this together on a day to day basis, I seriously doubt you would harbor such a snippy attitude regarding your order. In conclusion; this is the underground. I am grateful to have fans all over the planet that actually want to support and buy my stuff. In return I ask that you be grateful that there are hard working artists that dedicate their lives to making you that stuff, and give us a bit of a break. Thank you.
