A parent asks our group: I have a 15 month old seeker who has taken to hitting himself in the head with his hand. He bangs his head off of anything he can and he also is a spinner. The hitting has become a huge concern for me.. Anything I can do to help him? We currently are brushing, doing the spinning protocol, and therapeutic listening and have OT once a week. Ive tried regular headbands for him and that seems to help. I cant seem to find a place online that sells compression headbands!
