A parent asks our group: My 5 year-old was just diagnosed with SPD and ADHD. He is now in a normal classroom and has been receiving speech therapy in school since pre-k (now in kindergarten) My question is should I ask for him to be in a special ed classroom or just get accommodations in the classroom he is now? I have a meeting with the school to add the diagnosis in two weeks. I want to be prepared to be able to get him the best possible. Thanks in advance
