A parent reported this suspicious activity occurring around a elementary school on Monday. The vehicle is described as a white SUV similar to a Oldsmobile Bravada Yesterday at Bess Maxwell a man was at the gate during lunch recess around 12:00. He approached my son and 2 of his classmates and asked them if they wanted candy? described as a young male with curly light brown/tan colored hair. He had tan skin and tan hair color. The male is skinny also. He had on a zip up black hoody with a white tree printed on. The boy said there were apples on the tree too. Black shirt with the white tree without fruit and blue colored words. Blue jeans no facial hair. If anyone sees this vehicle or person described, please call the Del Norte County Sheriffs Office at 464-4191 or dial 911 to report this suspicious activity. Local law enforcement is keeping an eye out , but your help as well as school officials are needed.
