A pathway for the Integrated Solutions Conference in Fort Lauderdale on SEP 28 A lot of out-of-state attendees are staying at the Residence Inn Here are the details regarding shuttle from airport, great room rate.... For persons who already booked the efficiency rooms for 99.00 all attendees under the “RSD Nova” group will get an automatic upgrade to a one bedroom which includes a full kitchen and fold out couch. I have already sent the names in and the rates will be adjusted accordingly. For all those who are have yet to book, one bedroom’s are 80.00 and two bedrooms are 110.00. Both of the one and two bedrooms have full kitchens and living rooms with a fold out couch. They are suites that would normally sell for 149 and 169 respectively. All attendees receive a free full breakfast buffet every morning and a free dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. There is a shuttle from the Hotel to the conference. Pick up is 8:20 AM and then at 4:00 after the conference ends. The shuttle bus can only hold 10 people and will be on a first come first serve basis, via this notification on FB. If you need a ride, please notify Olga Mancuso so she can ad you. The cost is 3.00 per person, which she has already paid in advance to make sure those without cars have a way. We’re already half full on this shuttle but another one can be ordered should it be necessary. If anyone needs an airport to hotel/hotel to airport shuttle please contact Jack at 954-652-9571. This is the service the hotel uses. The price is 35.00 for the first 3 persons, then 12.50 for each additional person. Taxis are 45.00 period, per person. This number can be accumulative to the entire group. If people need to utilize this, then the conference shuttle will be comped. Please use the group name “RSD Nova” online and Jack will do the tally. It’s 2.6 miles from the hotel for those that are driving. Here is the PDF of the campus layout.
