Bluegrass Cooking Clinic served celebrities like Anita Madden of Hamburg Place, Sharon Thompson retired food editor for the Lexington Herald Leader, facebook fans and hundreds of holiday shoppers that loved our recipe samples and purchased lots of my new cookbooks The Holiday Hostess Cooking Clinic, A Seasonal Sampler. Ill be there again today from 10-5 and Sunday from 1-4 so please come out for a meet and greet, taste tests of splendid fare and the Christmas wonderland created my the talented Tom Ulshafer and his artistic staff. Rose Childers brought her fabulous Puttin on the Ritz crackers to sample from her recipe in my cookbook and they literally flew off the Christmas platter! My daughter Rebecca Bach brought her holiday sausage balls that were gone if the wink of Santas eye...hes there too! Today you can sample the Magic Nut Cake, the Very Sharp Cheese Spread, Gingerbread Pudding Cake, Black Walnut Fudge, Opera Fudge, Autumn Fruit Pie and Rose is bringing more of her amazing little appetizers to delight your senses.
