A person that sees your excitement and responds in explaining why you should be fearful or explains your excitement as a fear, is displaying to you THEIR fear and lack of faith. What is greatly misunderstood in Christianity, is that we have to be active with the ideas that God gives us. God may say you are going to do so and so...but if you do not go out and proclaim it, it will be of little effect. Your action towards Gods promise is an act of faith and it shows (demonstrates) your excitement about His promise to you. Do not war against the person that you explain your excitement to. Understand their response is a revelation of their heart. That is not for you to change yourself or them.
