A personal plea. Please help keep this school for girls and young women in Kandahar open. This revolutionary institution is one of the leading agents of social change in one of the most conservative locales in the world. The western worlds militaries are leaving Afghanistan and already the people of Afghanistan are being forgotten. Over the last several months the schools teachers have been working for free, and their internet has been shut down as they cant pay the bill. Please let me know if you have any questions. Ive taught at this school, and while there I sat with some of the bravest men and women I have ever met.
