A photo of the Canadarm 2 on the ISS taken by ESA astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, getting set up to capture and pull the Dragon resupply vehicle in for docking later this week. The launch has been delayed to Friday Dec 19 from Tuesday, and for the first time ever, SpaceX plans to attempt to have the first stage booster land on a floating platform in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. If they manage to do this, and if they can repeat this reliably, it will be a huge game changer in terms of cost per kilogram delivered to orbit.
