A plea to everyone selling horses: Australia is huge, and we need to know what we are looking at before we travel to see a horse. Take proper conformation photos! Horse standing with weight in all four feet on level ground, cannons perpendicular on the legs nearest the camera, all four legs visible, and horse square on to the camera lens. Position your camera pointed behind the elbow, and level. From the front, horse should be standing square - again, lens low and level with knees. From the back, square with the tail not obscuring hocks and fetlocks. If you post other pics, for your sake they should be lovely and expressive, not badly angled snapshots. The camera can make a lovely horse unappealing if the angle is bad. There are MANY examples of this on this page.
