You attain it meditation with the Cosmic Consciousness.To the un-initiate,God. I can guarantee that many people have found inner peace at the Buddhist Temple over yonder. My God lives within me.For as the Christ said; the Kingdom of God is within you.My Inner Peace is Love and devoid of anger and turmoil.
