A poem I wrote after I saw all the wealthy people in Palm Beach and how they just waste money. You go from low income neighborhoods, Liquor stores, rent to own furniture stores, Fast food restaurants, TO 5 star restaurants, 50 million dollar homes, beach front parks, as soon as you cross the inter coastal bridge in Palm Beach At what point in an unfair do you stand up for what is correct and honorable? Children are being abused by the church, Men are abusing women, Women are abusing children, Children are going hungry in our country, We have an unfair education system in our country, A complete breakdown of the family, jealousy and greed are at an all time high, and the saddest sin of all, is the loss of hope! More answers I find, more questions I have. Trust in our government, churches, fellow man is gone! The meaning of the holiday season is lost as soon as you walk into a store. We no longer see the man holding a sign Will work for food as a fact but as a trick to get our money. We hear about the one guy who is making a killing doing this, what about the other 9 out of 10 people holding a sign up? You would think our country would have learned something from Vietnam. we almost lost a generation to the way the men and women were treated after that (CONFLICT)! WHERE DO YOU THINK THE MEN AND WOMEN WITH LOST LIMBS AND DREAMS ARE GONNA LIVE? Our true resource is the young men and women coming home form foreign lands where we fight for oil and other peoples freedom. I dont think the question should be what is wrong with our country but what are we gonna do about it? But what do I know, who am I just the picture guy.
