A poem i wrote whike at Home of Grace a few yrs ago...."JUST A BLINK" As I lay here tonight wth my eyes open wide and thoughts going through my head.Im tossing and turning,its getting harder and harder to sleep in someone eleses bed. Why am I here, whats this all for? I think about the path I have chosen,broken promises,dreams frozen.The battle going on within,God telling me,"Thou shalt not sin."I take a look at my past,"Have I finally given it up here at last?"Its really sad at times to think,life here on earth is only A BLINK. What should we do,where should we go? Thats not for us to know. So now I pray for another day,to let God do His will,to have His way.I will look to the future,make sure I dnt forget about my past,all my worries to Him I cast.Love my sisters and my brothers,dnt put myself before others. Hes given me a future and a hope,YES! Im doing it without the dope! So before we act,we must think.After all,life here on earth is JUST A BLINK!! wow that was long,lol hope yal liked it : )
