A political argument based on consequences or principles is usually easily flawed. Political arguments based on statistics and facts work! Our constitution is not negotiable. No matter if it is your principle of not being around guns, its not your right to restrict those from others and our 2nd amendment clearly states shall not be infringed. No matter if you are a devote Christian and do not believe in gay marriage, the first amendment clearly states freedom of religion. No matter if you believe police have the right to force you to identify yourself, search your person or property without cause are a warrant the 3rd amendment clearly states they cannot do so. No matter what the police tell you, you do not have to talk to them, ever! Its the police job to try and find evidence on you for the judge to convict you. Not to find you innocent. Call an attorney. Never speak to police. The 5th amendment grants you that right etc.
