A popular parenting website has advocated letting a baby cry it out so they can learn how to sleep... and in the comments one mum mentions that her BABY vomits to get attention .... humans suck. SO irresponsible of media sources to promote something that scientific research has for many years been in consensus is utterly HARMFUL for babies brain development, and later attachment styles, and not to mention the cases of babies who have died because they were choking or something and crying and the parents in the next room just let their baby cry it out arghhh this kind of thing makes me so so so angry, educate yourself you stupid parents! A lot of things about parenting are just choice of what works best for the family (cloth/disposable etc), but it makes me SO angry when people do things that have been proven to actually harm a child. And I am angry more at these websites that present both sides equally even though science strongly says one thing (sort of like how climate change is portrayed in the media), than the parents themselves, but as a parent it is your responsibility to research what to do, but if you are using popular baby sites such as Essential Baby for your research, you could well be fed complete irresponsible bullshit. Check your sources!
