A positive message for young ladies: Six years ago, I celebrated Thanksgiving in rehab. In October, 2008, I checked myself into an intensive inpatient treatment facility. I did it because I was drowning. For years, Id struggled with an exercise addiction / OCPD / eating disorder, culminating in a tidal wave of depression and despair. Moving towards freedom meant facing the reality of my enslavement, my obsessive addiction to control.But once the searing clarity of the Light began to kiss every corner of darkness within me, I knew I could be made new.This is what Ive learned about weight.
