A possibly funny dark story. As I related elsewhere, the other day I cleaned out my living room of the boxes, trash (mostly) and stuff. The stream of consciousness on this decision is thus: I was watching a detective show, and there came up a scene where the two EMS guys were carting out the dead body from the crime scene. It was a steep bunch of steps, and they were stumbling and straining. I looked around my living room and laughed, thinking how much more a difficult time they would have removing MY carcass from my chair in the opposite corner of the cluttered living room. The shit they would have to move, the difficulty of moving a oversized form, and the like. Then went on watching the show. The next day, I moved the boxes and trash out of the living room, taking more than a couple of hours. You are welcome, EMS dudes.
