A post as a comment concerning blood sugar - -- I had seen Loris post and pulled up the ingredient list for Plexus...for a year I mixed my own concoctions and nothing worked. My glucose levels were climbing higher and higher and I was barely able to take care of daily tasks. When I went to our health screening through my husbands employer/insurance the staff looked at my numbers and told me I needed to get to my Dr. ASAP. I knew he would put me on insulin because I was already on the highest dosage of my meds. I sent Lori a message desperate to get and try Plexus. She was out of town and doesnt stock product anyway so I ordered. With in 2 weeks my glucose levels were cut in half, I could sleep, no more acid reflux, and I just felt so much better, and my head wasnt so foggy. My only regret is waiting so long to start taking Plexus.
