A post from Michael Tellinger! Statement made to the banks of South Africa and the World. This was sent to the CEOs of the major banks in South Africa on the 4th July 2013. Attention Chief executive Officer and Board of Directors: You are hereby required to respond publicly and via email to all questions contained in this memorandum within SEVEN days from date above. STATEMENT: We, the concerned people of South Africa, hereby declare that the senior management and the directors of your bank have blood on their hands. Your actions go unpunished and are so well hidden and protected by a complex legal system that many who have tried to expose them, have been silenced in various ways. 1) You have been operating a fraudulent and criminal business scheme, that has collectively with the actions of other banks that operate similar schemes, caused severe financial harm and irreparable damage to millions of South Africans. 2) This harm is not only financial but has often resulted in drastic action taken by those who have been pushed so far that they resort to physical violence out of sheer desperation, causing harm to themselves or their family, or even others, because of your unlawful activity. 3) YOU, THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTORS OF THIS BANK HAVE BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS. 4) You need to be held accountable for your actions and face the appropriate criminal charges for what you have imposed on the people. 5) Through the process of Fractional Reserve Banking and Securitisation, and simply creating money out of thin air by way of fancy accounting, you have unlawfully abused the judiciary and defrauded millions of people of unimaginable amounts of money, causing unimaginable strife in the process. 6) Because of your actions, millions of people are facing financial ruin and those who do not, will at some stage in the future fall into the same trap that has been set by your malicious actions and abuse of the system. 7) You continue to take legal action against those who default on their so-called home loans, and other so-called loans or credit schemes, where you do not have the legal right to do so. You use your ability to create infinite amounts of money out of thin air to bully and financially drain anyone who attempts to expose your crimes. 9) You abuse and influence the legal system and judiciary with lawyers and advocates who defend your criminal activity while they are fully aware of your unlawful actions. 10) Your lawyers and advocates have been committing perjury, lying under oath and delivering false evidence, belittling those who oppose them in court, while ensuring that your actions remain concealed. 11) You have been hiding your actions behind lawyers and advocates that exhaust the legal process, waste the time of the courts and judges and prevent the real matter from ever being examined. 12) You have deceived your lawyers and advocates that represent you in the courts. If this is not the case, they are then subsequently complicit in your crimes and must face the same justice as you. 13) Your actions are unconstitutional and undermine our fundamental human rights to live freely from any kind of slavery or servitude.
