A powerful noreaster is predicted to bring snowfall accumulations of one to two feet and wind gusts of up to 35 mph to the mid-Hudson Valley Monday afternoon into Tuesday. SOME SAFETY TIPS & TIPS IF YOU LOSE POWER: - Stay at least 30 feet away from downed power lines, and lines which may be entangled and hidden in fallen trees.
