A president whom is a leader does not negotiate... a leader builds consensus for his vision. People whom are followers always get that confused. Leaders try to over look that... because you do not have any clue how a leader operates... being a follower. & cry cry Obama got a stubborn Congress... thats it.... thats all he has to over come? Or... do you want to handicap him because he is half black too? That is a pathetic excuse. That is not comparable to FDR & Hitler & Imperial Japan taking over the world. As far as other Presidents up there on the graph & their use of EP... yep they may have over step the bounds of their Executive Order Privilege... they all do. But they did NOT abuse it to circumvent their leadership responsibilities. This man is no leader... he is an un-qualified fraud. Part of the problem is that most men now a days are not leaders either... we barely have any real leaders in this country Especially in our male population. It is not that men in general do not have the potential to be leaders... they have just rolled their weak asses over & are too much of babies to stand up and lead. Really.... they have been feminized like this president is. They have no balls, they may a well wear frilly panties & a dress!
