A press conference on the Hannah Graham case has just concluded in downtown Charlottesville. Chief Longo with the Charlottesville police discussed a statement from Graham’s parents, and showed two surveillance videos - one from McGrady’s Irish Pub where she is seen walking around outside of the pub. Longo said she assumingly spoke with the “doorman” of the bar. The other video is from the Shell gas station on Preston Ave where Graham is seen running on the opposite side of the street. Longo said police did not get a sense of “fear” from Graham’s text messages that night, but did get a sense that she might have been lost. Longo confirms that Graham did have plans to meet up with friends later in the evening. Graham’s parents, in a statement read aloud by Longo, say they fear foul play is involved. Longo pleads for public’s help with any information regarding Graham’s whereabouts, asks property owners to check their property both in and around the city.
